Account Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and act as the link between clients and the company’s different departments.

We want to bring on an organized, resourceful, and proactive person, capable of understanding each client’s needs, coordinating projects, and ensuring work progresses correctly in terms of timeline, quality, and profitability.

We’re not looking for someone who just passes tasks along. We’re looking for someone with good judgment, organizational skills, and a commercial mindset, who can propose improvements, anticipate problems, and help grow our clients’ accounts.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Manage and track assigned projects.
• Coordinate work between clients and the development, marketing, and Artificial Intelligence teams.
• Maintain direct, ongoing communication with clients.
• Organize tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee invoicing, costs, and project profitability.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and business proposals.
• Take part in meetings and client visits.
• Identify new needs and business opportunities among current and potential clients.
• Propose improvements to internal processes and the way we work with clients.

What are we looking for?

• Experience managing clients, accounts, or projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Commercial mindset and customer orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar, applied to writing, information analysis, productivity, and process optimization.
• Curiosity to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or similar qualifications.
• Previous experience in marketing agencies, tech companies, web development, or digital environments.
• Experience preparing and following up on quotes or business proposals.

This position is being created to cover a long-term leave, initially estimated at a minimum of six months, with a real possibility of a permanent position once the cover period ends.
