AI Training for Businesses
AI isn’t a tool. It’s a different way of working, interacting, living
More informationArtificial intelligence isn't just another program to add to your desktop. It's a different way of approaching work: how you frame problems, make decisions, and get things done.
The difference between companies that move forward and those that fall behind isn’t the technology they buy, but how their people think and work with it.
We train operational teams to change the way they handle day-to-day tasks. And we train executives so they understand what’s happening, what they can expect, and how to lead AI adoption in their company without depending on third parties.
What we offer
01. Training for operational teams
Hands-on courses so your team understands how AI changes the way they work: from how to prompt a language model to how to rethink entire processes. Using ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude applied to their daily reality.
02. Training for executives and management committees
Executive sessions so leadership understands AI’s real capabilities, identifies business opportunities, and makes informed decisions about investment, risk, and technology adoption. No technical jargon.
03. Department-specific workshops
Specific sessions for marketing, sales, administration, HR, operations, or customer service. Each department learns to use AI in its own processes, with examples from its own sector.
04. Prompt design and AI workflows
We teach how to build effective prompts to get useful results from AI models. Asking isn’t enough: you need to know what to ask, how to structure it, and how to integrate it into a process.
05. Training in AI-powered automation
A practical introduction to automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate) combined with AI to eliminate manual tasks without needing to code.
06. Post-training support program
We don’t disappear after the course. We offer follow-up to answer questions, review real use cases, and make sure what’s learned gets applied in day-to-day work.
How we do it
We start by understanding how your team works. We identify the processes where AI can change the way things are done and design the training around those specific cases. We don’t teach generic courses: every session is built with examples from your sector, your workflows, and your day-to-day work.
Upfront assessment of the team and processes
Before training, we assess. We talk to the people in charge, identify the team’s level of digital maturity, and pinpoint the tasks where AI can deliver an immediate return.
Tailored content, not canned
Every training program is custom-designed. We use examples, data, and scenarios from the sector and the company. What’s learned on Monday can be applied on Tuesday.
Tested first at Sozpic LAB
Every methodology and approach we teach has already been through our internal lab. We don’t recommend anything we haven’t validated with our own processes and those of our clients.

Both. We offer in-person training in Murcia, Madrid, and on-site at your office, as well as remote sessions delivered live. We don’t use pre-recorded videos.
It depends on the track. For operational teams, between 4 and 8 hours split across one or two sessions. For executives, between 2 and 4 hours in a single executive session. We also offer extended programs with follow-up support.
No. The training is designed for non-technical profiles. You just need to know how to use a computer and want to improve the way you work.
Always tailored. Before each training, we carry out an upfront assessment to understand your sector, your processes, and your tools. The exercises are built around real cases from your business.
That we don’t just teach AI, we apply it every day. We’ve spent 15 years helping companies with digitalization and 3 years building real applied-AI projects. Everything we teach has already gone through Sozpic LAB, our testing environment where we validate every approach before taking it to our clients.
