Frequently asked questions
Sozpic is a technology consultancy working on two fronts: artificial intelligence and digital marketing. On the AI side we build agents that run business processes end to end, generative AI connected to a company’s own data, custom-tuned models and business analytics. On the marketing side, acquisition measured in results: SEO, GEO, CRO, paid campaigns and marketing automation. Fifteen years digitalising companies, the last three focused on applied AI.
Both, and that’s the point. Most projects touch both sides: an AI agent handling customer queries needs demand feeding it, and a campaign performs differently when the data behind it is in order. Sozpic covers the technical and the commercial side with one team, instead of coordinating two suppliers who don’t talk to each other.
Our main office is in Murcia, in the Torre Godoy building at Av. Teniente Montesinos 10, and we have a second one in Madrid, at C. de Ochandiano 8. The other two companies in Grupo Expert One are in Madrid as well: Expert One, the group’s technology consultancy and a SAP Gold Partner in Spain, and Alta Marketing, which handles marketing for the financial sector. Between the three of us: more than 200 people, over €20M in revenue and more than fifty years of combined experience.
Six, each with dedicated pages and delivered projects: agri-food, logistics and transport, retail and ecommerce, healthcare, industry and construction, and technology and SaaS companies. They aren’t catalogue labels — each has its own integrations, its own regulation and its own way of measuring results, which is why we treat them separately.
We start by listening. We talk to the people who know the business, not just the IT department, to understand the real bottlenecks and the processes eating more time than they should. Then we map that operational reality against what the technology can actually do today, and we set expectations before anything begins.
We’ll say so. We don’t recommend artificial intelligence where it isn’t needed, and when we do recommend it we explain exactly why. Automating for the sake of automating is expensive and solves nothing: on agent projects we prioritise by impact, not by what looks technically impressive.
Because it means we’ve built what we propose before proposing it. AIrketing, HoyAiBOE and nadie.ai are live and they’re ours — not vendor demos. When we talk about agents, about summarising documentation with AI or about measuring brand visibility in generative search engines, we’re talking about things we keep running in production.
